We target 99.99% platform availability. Specific commitments, rates and remedies are defined in your commercial agreement or order form.

Acceptable use

• No fraud, traffic pumping, SIM-box or grey-route abuse.
• No transmission of malware or attempts to breach security.
• Compliance with all applicable telecom and data-protection laws.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VoipTechSolution is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
